Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password (stored securely through our authentication provider). We also store your selected subscription plan.

YouTube data (only when you connect)

If you choose to connect your YouTube account, we access Google user data through YouTube API Services only after you grant permission on Google's consent screen. This may include:

• Channel name, channel ID, and basic profile information
• Subscriber count, video count, and total view count
• Video titles and performance metrics for your own channel
• Analytics data such as daily views and subscriber trends (typically the last 30 days)
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain your connection

We only request access to data for the YouTube channel owned by the Google account you connect. We do not access your YouTube data unless you explicitly authorize the connection.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Brandify account
• Display your YouTube channel statistics and analytics on your dashboard
• Calculate engagement insights and trends for your connected channel
• Provide personalized coaching and recommendations (for eligible plans)
• Maintain your YouTube connection and refresh access tokens when needed
• Respond to support requests and improve our services

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data to third parties.

How we store and protect data

Account and connection data are stored in secure cloud infrastructure (including Supabase). OAuth tokens and channel data are stored server-side and are used only to provide features you have requested. We use industry-standard security practices, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate Brandify, including:

• Google / YouTube API Services — to authenticate your YouTube connection and retrieve channel and analytics data you authorize
• Supabase — for authentication and database storage
• Hosting providers — to run our website and API routes

These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

YouTube API Services

Brandify's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Brandify's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting YouTube from your Brandify dashboard.

Your choices

• Disconnect YouTube: Use the disconnect option on your dashboard to remove stored tokens and stop further data access.
• Delete your account: Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Revoke Google access: Remove Brandify from your Google account permissions at any time.

Children's privacy

Brandify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
