Our service

Brandify is an AI-powered personal branding platform that helps creators understand and improve their online presence. Features may include dashboard analytics, engagement insights, and AI coaching, depending on your plan. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Brandify.
• You may not use Brandify for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

YouTube connection

Some features require you to connect a YouTube account through Google OAuth. By connecting, you authorize Brandify to access the Google user data and YouTube information you approve on Google's consent screen, solely to provide the features described in our service.

You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting stops further data access through Brandify, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your use of YouTube and Google services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Brandify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or YouTube.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

AI-generated content

Coaching suggestions, analytics summaries, and other AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any recommendations.

Intellectual property

Brandify and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your content and channel data. You grant us a limited license to use your connected data only as needed to operate and improve the services you use.

Disclaimer of warranties

Brandify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Brandify at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Brandify ends, but sections that should reasonably survive will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Brandify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
